Alien Cat Matilda

Dark, glassy eyes like saucers, Alien Cat Matilda

Alien Cat Matilda is a truly unusual cat. With dark, glassy eyes like saucers, 2-year-old, striped, more like a charming extraterrestrial creature than the usual representative of the cat family. She lives with her two owners and their dogs. Her owners have created a page on Instagram, where Matilda has more than 41,000 fans. They created a page in order to get help to cover all medical expenses, which Matilda needs. Besides, the owners plan to donate extra money to animals charity. Interestingly, Matilda was born just on Valentine’s Day, 2013. The kitten was adopted by the family at her 12 weeks age. Then the eyes of Matilda were totally normal, but she somehow screwed up her eyes from time to time.

Little-known fruit and vegetable hybrids

The Pineberry – a strawberry cultivar with a pineapple-like flavor, white coloring, and red seeds. The pineberry first appeared in the 1750s in Europe, as a cross between an American wild strawberry and a Chilean strawberry. Fruit hybrids have nothing to do with genetically modified instances, it is a merit of breeders. Clementines, tangerines, Pineberry, have excellent taste, but in addition, they are also good for health. Hard to believe, but the history of breeding dates back to the Neolithic period, when man had to choose the best seeds for future crops. However, in those days, nobody even suspected that this simple method can change the flora in the healthy direction. Selected seeds each time give more and better crops.

Beautiful Calibrachoa
The impressive cascade of small bells of different colors in hanging baskets – that’s the beauty of Calibrachoa. People use this basket plant for landscaping balconies, terraces, southern windows and grow as garden plants. The genus of Calibrachoa belongs to the family of Solanaceae. Also, it is a perennial plant. Most plants of this kind are similar to the varieties of petunias. However, they are not petunias, despite the fact that some botanical textbooks call this plant petunia.
Noteworthy, in 1990, scientists proved that Calibrachoa differs from petunia in DNA structure. In particular, Petunias have 14 chromosomes, while Calibrachoa has 18. Undoubtedly, it is a completely different plant, although related to each other. By the way, Calibrachoa got its name after Mexican botanist Antonio de la Cal y Bracho, who lived in a 19th-century.

Beautiful Poisonous West African Green Mamba

Beautiful and dangerous Green snake, Poisonous West African Green Mamba

Poisonous West African Green Mamba
Called Green Devil, Mamba is a very beautiful snake. Its scales are emerald green, with shades of blue and yellow. However, young snakes are light green, but when they grow to 70 cm, they begin to gradually darken. But do not be tempted by the beauty of the snake: do not forget that it is the green mamba that enters the twenty most dangerous snakes on the planet. The poison of the green mamba is very strong, it is even more toxic than the poison of some cobras. For example, the bitten mouse dies in a few seconds. In fact, all the poison contained in the glands of one mamba, is enough to kill 9 people. Compared with the black mamba, green is more dangerous for humans, despite the fact that the first is the fastest on our Earth. But still, the green mamba leads in terms of the number of human deaths. This is due to the fact that, firstly, the green mamba sometimes settles on tea plantations and mangoes. When people start harvesting, they involuntarily disturb unmerciful snakes. Secondly, the green mamba can attack for no apparent reason. As a result, each year, from the attack of these mambas in Africa, more than 40 people die.
