American model and actress, 1950s beauty Suzy Parker was born Cecilia Ann Renee Parker (October 28, 1932 – May 3, 2003). Parker is considered to be the first post-war glamor model, earning more than $200 per hour and 100 000 dollars per year. She was the only fashion model to have a Beatles song named after her – “Suzy Parker” (Lennon/McCartney/Harrison/Starkey). The song appeared abridged, in the ‘Let It Be’ film. The red-haired, green-eyed beauty with beautiful cheekbones, Suzy Parker started modeling at the age of 15, when her photo appeared in Life magazine. Parker modeling career reached its peak in the 1950s, and the pictures with her image adorned more than 70 magazines. The American beauty starred in commercials, movies and television. She supported the activity in the world of show business since 1947 till 1964.

Have a look at this interesting sea dweller – Slug Costasiella Kuroshimae, reminiscent of a cartoon sheep, or even an anime cow, according to opinions of some people. The mysterious sea creature is found in South East Asia at a depth of 10 meters. It feeds on marine plants. The length of tiny creature is 1 cm, but it can grow up to 5mm. Costasiella kuroshimae is a species of sacoglossan sea slug, a shell-less marine opisthobranch gastropod mollusk in the family Costasiellidae. The type locality is Japanese Kuroshima, Taketomi, Okinawa, as well as near Indonesia and the Philippines Islands. The Leaf sheep is one of the rare animals that can perform photosynthesis. When they eat algae, they suck out the chloroplasts and incorporate them into their own bodies in a process called kleptoplasty. This process, which otherwise can only be performed by single-celled organisms, essentially makes them solar-powered slugs.
