Born in a village of Podgornoe, Kirov region, on June 25, 1927, Sergei Vasilievich Neustroev is a famous Russian artist. In 1958 he graduated from Kazan Art School. Since 1980 he was a Member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Sergey Neustroev worked in traditional realistic manner. He is the author of many beautiful landscapes and still life paintings – Wildflowers, Asters, Golden balls, Rowan, Viburnum, poppies, and peonies. His last years he lived and worked in Kazan. Sergei Neustroev died at the age of 84 in 2011. Unfortunately, the artist didn’t have his own website, and there’s not much information about him on the net.

Sergey Neustroev was an Honored Worker of Arts of Tatarstan (1981). In 1980 he was appointed the head of art gallery “The Big Volga”. Participated in exhibitions in Tatar ASSR, All-Russian art exhibitions, as well as exhibitions of territories, regions and autonomous republics of the RSFSR. Personal exhibition took place in Kazan in 1970 and 1980 he was a participant of international exhibitions. His works are in the Museum of Fine Arts of Tatarstan.
