The works of a talented self-taught Russian artist Viktor Morozov prove the obvious – his decorative works, which usually represent applied art, belong to high art. Born in 1949 in the old Russian town Nizhny Novgorod, the artist is passionate about history and traditions. According to Viktor Morozov, he is interested in Ancient and Medieval History of Russia and other nations. Besides, in philosophy, religion, lifestyle, clothing, weapons, and the armor of ancient people. Undoubtedly, his art looks very beautiful and majestic. Viktor Morozov says, “Even from an early age I felt metal – an elastic material…”. Since 2011 Viktor Morozov is a member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia.
