The Bank of Russia issues the investment silver coins of rectangular shape with rounded corners. The denominations 3 ruble have a mass of 31.1 g of precious metal fineness 999. Devoted to the XXII Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi, investment coins issued by the Bank of Russia are works of art. On the obverse side of the coin is the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation. And on the back – a relief image of the White Bear, the official mascot of the XXII Olympic Winter Games 2014. The coin quantities – 300 thousand pieces.

Born in 1975 in Warsaw, Poland, Chris Maluszynski moved to Sweden at age 7. There, he studied at the University of Linkoping, Sweden, and Sorbonne, Paris. Having begun his professional career in 1995, he worked for most major Swedish newspapers. Next, Chris Maluszynski moved to New York City (2005). Now, he is one of the founding members, and the director of Moment Agency. According to Maluszynski, it took him four years to create the photo series “Carpets in Las Vegas”.
However, such kaleidoscopic carpets in Sin City’s casino corridors – not a simple American kitsch. In fact, based on the human psychology – bright colors stimulate activity, and encourage people to gamble. According to the photographer, ugly Vegas Carpets Want You to Keep Playing. “Traditionally, the carpets play a big part in keeping the town as surreal as it is,” said Maluszynski.
