‘Madame Recamier’, the work of Svetlana Grigoniene inspired by the image of Madame Recamier – one of the most beautiful women of all ages. Brooch, 6 cm in diameter, made using a piece of reproduction of paintings by Gerard in decoupage technique with craquelure, embroidered with beads. Lithuanian artist Svetlana graduated from the State School of Art, class of painting and ceramics, in 2009. She is a permanent participant of art exhibitions. According to Svetlana, she loves painting, batik (painting on silk), and she gives herself to art with passion and enthusiasm.
