Australian photographer Liz Ham
According to Liz Hamin, she works mostly in the genres of advertising, fashion and portrait photography. Her portfolio, in particular, includes photos for Vogue, FHM, Nylon, Oyster, Dazed and Confused, Cosmopolitan, Sunday Magazine, and many others. Works by fashion photographer Liz Ham are picturesque and have a style. One of her photo shoots titled “The Apple Of My Eye” – made for the second issue of Helmet Magazine. According to Liz Ham, she began taking photographs at the age of 14. While studying photoart at the College of Fine Arts, Sydney, she worked as a black and white fine art printer. In addition, in a commercial photographic lab a technician and studio manager. Meanwhile, she got a detailed knowledge of all aspects of photography.

Despite working professionally in fashion, editorial and advertising, Ham’s personal work continues appearing at exhibitions. And most recently at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, and in a cover story for international art journal Art Monthly. Besides, her works are at the Australian National Library Archives, the State Library of Victoria and New South Wales. Also, exhibited at the Center for Contemporary Photography, Melbourne, the Australian Center for Photography, Stills Gallery and The Liverpool Biennale, United Kingdom. In 2008, Ham won the first place in the photography category of the Yen Young Woman of the Year Awards.
