Montreal based fine artist David Silva (Dasil) was born in Mexico, and since 2002 has lived in Montreal. David Silva, with acrylics, oils or inks creates stunning paintings in different directions of art – surrealism, classicism, fantastic, allegoric and sacred art. The beautiful paintings of David Silva decorate many private collections in Mexico, the United States, Canada, Argentina, France, Spain and Germany. The artist’s statement: “I like to play with pictures, and at times I give expression to concealed characters that bring an additional meaning, beyond the obvious. I am very fond of the interaction that should exist between Man and other living beings, and do have concerns about the future of that relationship”.
