Born 8 March 1977, in Moscow, this beautiful girl could be a perfect photo model. However, aged 13, Maria Svyatskaya chose to be a photographer. First, she graduated from the Moscow Pedagogic University, the Department of Russian Philology in 1999. Next, she graduated from the Institute of Television and Radio Workers (Artistic and Documentary Programs Department) in 2002. In addition, she studied to be a documentary photographer at Moscow movie studio “Mosfilm”. Her work experience includes seven years of successful career. In particular, as a news reporter, editor-in-chief, reviewer, special correspondent, author and editor of the documentaries for Russian television.
Since 2006 Maria has been working as a freelance photographer. She works in different genres – portrait, retro, and author style portraits. Also, she collaborates with different media and publishing companies.
The list of her documentaries includes various films. For example, “Unknown Solovki” (2002), “Moldova Pridnestrovie. 10 years later” (2002), and “The Lost City” (2004). Also, “Prisoner’s Bread” (2004), and “Boris Andreev’s Insanity” (2007). Besides, she was a script writer and editor-in-chief of several shows. In particular, “Tatyna’s Day”, “Look Before You Leap”, and “Shpak’s People”.
