French painter Stephanie Ledoux is a traveling artist and book illustrator. According to her, she uses her art “to break the ice and to meet people”. Meanwhile, she has more than 60 travel diaries. And the designs of her books are very interesting and inspiring, making you want to travel to distant countries. In addition to drawing portraits of locals, she depicts all that surronds her in a distant country. In her rich collection of diaries – exotic plants, animals, folk costumes and landscapes. Her beautiful blog is really worth visiting.
In particular, in 2010, she was lucky enough to travel to Yemen, on the invitation of the cultural adviser of the Yemen Embassy, along with 7 other European artists. After a nice trip in the country, they exhibited all their work together at the Bab El Yemen Gallery in Sana’a, the capital of the country.
