Hyperrealistic Paintings by Omar Ortiz
Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico in 1977, Omar Ortiz is a talented artist hyperrealist. According to Omar Ortiz, he has been greatly interested in drawing and illustration since early age. Later, the artist got a degree in Design for Graphic Communication. In the art school he learned to work in different techniques, such as drawing, pastel, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, and airbrush. After completing his studies in Graphic Design he decided to devote himself to the world of painting. Meanwhile, in 2002, Omar Ortiz attended his first classes at Painter Carmen Alarcon, whom he considers his main teacher of Art. Characterized by minimalism, Artist Omar Ortiz depicts the main theme – the beauty of female body.
