Perm based Russian designer Sergei Pakhomov creates very original sculptures of macaroni – mill cars, helicopters, motorbikes, and other means of transport. Made from pasta, spaghetti, lasagna, and rigatoni, his sculptures attract attention of internet users. Moreover, he has patented his idea. Meanwhile, it all started six years ago. By profession Sergey is a creative designer, developing various promotional products. To promote the macaroni factory “Krasnokamsk” he was invited to film the commercial about production of the factory. According to him, once, in the evening, an inspiration came to him. And, as they say, it all started. Although the advertising campaign did not take place, but the idea remained.

For his “material” Sergei goes to a large store, which presents numerous variations of hard wheat: pasta, spaghetti, lasagna, lasagna, rigatoni … In general, all curly and round, with grooves and furrows, and a small ring in the shape of the wheels of the wagon.
For example, the hardest work – car, which includes the front seat, the opened door, a mirror and the other attributes of the car. Some machines have the hood, the open doors, and look spectacular.
Meanwhile, the craftsman has created more than 20 works. In his collection there is a house with a swing, and a mill, and a fleet of vehicles with motorcycles, cars, tractors, airplanes and helicopters.
By the way, one such model takes 20-30 hours. Besides, Pakhomov keeps all his creations at home. Of course, they need a certain humidity and temperature.
