Miss Russia 2006, semifinalist of Miss Universe 2007, former participant of Russian-Ukrainian pop group VIAgra, Tatiana Kotova was born on September 3, 1985 in a small town of Rostov region. She lives according to her motto “Nothing is impossible”. As a child, Tania was unusually flexible baby. Her father taught her amateur boxing. At the age of 13, Tatiana was fascinated with Oriental Dances, and trained by herself, without any trainer. In contests of beauty the girl became involved when she was still studying in the school. And here was her first victory, and a first small step to future major achievements. Tatiana won two titles: “Miss Autumn 98” and “Miss charm”.

Her father, Nikolai Andreevich, a former miner, is currently engaged in entrepreneurial activities. Her mother, Marina, worked in a bank. The girl has a younger sister, Katya. The sisters are very close, despite the difference in characters and tastes. Tanya is artistic, prone to creative activity, and Katya completely absorbed by her studies. Tatiana also has a cousin, Marina Kotova, who became the winner of the regional contest “Miss Kazachka”.
