Russian artist Stanislav Plutenko
Born in Moscow, Stanislav Plutenko studied at instrument-making college, then joined the Army. After the army his passion for painting prevailed. He took lessons in painting from private masters, painting in the genre of realism. Stanislav Plutenko graduated from the Stroganov Academy of Arts. He works in a unique technique of mixing tempera, acrylic, watercolor and fine glaze Airbrush. Plutenko participated in more than 40 art exhibitions in Europe and the USA. According to «The international encyclopedia of fantastic & surrealistic & symbolist & visionary artists» Stanislav Plutenko is included in the 1000 best artists – surrealists of all time. Most of his works are in private collections in Russia, the United States, Britain, Germany, Sweden, Monaco, the USA, the Middle East.
Stanislav took part in national and international exhibitions. In 1997, he won a prestigious Golden Brush award. His personal exhibitions took place in Stockholm, Chicago, Moscow and in the Institute of Contemporary Art in London. The striking talent of the master arouses exceptional interest, attracting your attention by its vividness, multi layer-ness and profound symbolism. In addition, his works are executed with a unique technique, when on canvas, oil, tempera, acrylic and watercolor are mixed.
