Technically, the American photo-realism has inspired me a lot recent years”, says Johannes Wessmark
The technique in which the artist works – watercolor, colored pencil, oil and gouache. “Crayons always been my favorite tool, although I have written a lot of watercolors and airbrush painting for many years. I like to mix technology. I paint large areas with watercolor or air-brush and details with colored pencils and a fine brush.”
Photo-realistic painting is impossible without photographs. In photo realism, change and movement must be frozen in time, which is scrupulously presented by the artist.
