These stunning realistic oil paintings of winter landscapes belong to the Ukrainian artist Evgeniy Karlovich. They are the series of paintings of his collection “Seasons”. Born 9 August 1967, in the city of Krivoy Rog, Evgeniy Karlovich began painting in childhood. According to the artist, his favorite artists are prominent Russian painters, such as Vasnetsov, Levitan, Shishkin, Nesterov, and Aivazovsky. He began his artistic activity in 1989. Paintings by Evgeniy Karlovich have special light, air, subtle vision of nature. Many of his works are in private collections in Germany, Austria, Slovakia, the United States and Russia.
