The outer wall is built of “Besser” – a new building material, which looks like a typical for middle-ages time “wild stone”, but in terms of quality in no way inferior to the modern brick. At the Surgut School of Foreign Languages they offer everyone the opportunity to learn English, German, French and Spanish languages. “In the Big Ben we incorporate England with its culture, language and traditions. We teach our children to communicate with the civilized world. ”
