The International Chocolate Festival took place in Portugal. And today is the last day of the show. At the exhibition there was a good selection of chocolate dresses available from the Salon du Chocolat, the world’s biggest chocolate producer, Zurich, Switzerland. In fact, the melting point of chocolate is 33 ° Celsius, and the human body temperature is 37° Celsius. Accordingly, the designers faced several problems. First, there’s no fabric whatsoever between the model’s skin and the chocolate. Second, the white and brown chocolate melt even faster than dark chocolate. So, the designers, partnering with the chefs, had to find a way to raise the melting temperature, or else the models would have been naked within minutes after wearing the dresses.
