Italian artist Sgarbossa is a well known painter in Italy and abroad. According to Sgarbossa, he started his artistic career at the age of twelve. Also, he attended an artistic ceramics workshop in Bassano. In 1971 he moved to Switzerland, where he lived for a few years. Then he returned to Italy (1976) and opened his own ceramic art studio. Here is Sgarbossa’s beautiful painting that invites us to look beyond. He defines his picture as the painting of light. In fact, it is the light which pivots his pluriannual stylistic quest.
