Navneet Kaur Dhillon crowned Miss World India 2013

Fashion model Navneet Kaur Dhillon has become the winner of a national beauty pageant held in India annually. Pond’s 50th edition of Femina Miss World India 2013 took place in Mumbai on March 24, 2013. The winner of the conest is from the family of an army officer. She is currently a Media Student at Punjabi University. According to Navneet Kaur, her interests are modeling, photography, swimming and horse-riding. Also, the beauty queen is naturally dreaming of Bollywood actress career. Among her other titles – The Femina Miss India World 2013, Miss Timeless Beauty, and Pond’s Femina Miss Glowing Skin.
The happy winner was among 11 finalists in the last round of Pond’s Femina Miss India Chandigarh 2013. According to Dhillon, the competition was tough, but her hard work and determination helped her won the title.

Traditionally, the winner of Femina Miss India World vies in Miss World. Accordingly, Femina Miss India Earth winner competes in Miss Earth. And, the third winner, Femina Miss India International goes to compete in Miss International. Also, the organizer of the competition is Femina, a women’s magazine published by Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.
