The author of this art installation, that looks like mosaics, is a talented 48 year-old artist Hong Hao. Chinese artist has made it from daily-life objects, which he has collected for twenty years. According to Hong Hao, he collected various things thrown away by people. As a result, the viewers can enjoy amazing works of art – waste mosaic of large scale. Noteworthy, the artist tries to draw the world’s attention to the problem of littering, turning waste into art.
By the way, creative artist Hao began collecting trash items from the streets of his native city back in the early 1990s. According to Hao, he felt like a researcher who studies humanity through its waste. Indeed, garbage is one of the secret aspects of human culture, its downside. Rubbish and disorder in some cases can say a lot about what happens to humanity. However, culture stubbornly seeks to create something from debris.
