Beautiful man-made Nong Nooch Garden
When you come to Pattaya for the first time, and do not know what to visit in the first place – your road should be Nong Nooch.
Meanwhile, it all started back in 1954, when Mr. and Mrs. Pisit Nongnuch Tansacha purchased approximately 240 acres of land in the hilly and flat terrain in the province of Chonburi. Opened to the public in 1980, the garden was named Suan Nong Nooch in honor of Mrs. Nongnuch, and the word “Suan” means garden. And now the garden looks just like during the opening ceremony: surrounded by a Thai-style houses, villas, holiday rooms, restaurants and swimming pools.
