Talented Russian artist Victor Nizovtsev was born in 1965 in Siberia, in the city of Ulan-Ude, located near Lake Baikal. He is the author of these beautiful paintings, filled with Russian fables, Vyatichi folklore, Ural Tales by Bazhov, Fantasy, and of course, magic. Meanwhile, examples of the great Masters of the past, even the philosophy of the ancient Greeks – are the components of creativity for Nizovtsev. In 1997, Victor moved to the United States, where he successfully continues his artistic career. Also, in 2004 the artist settled in Maryland, where he lives and works today.
