Meanwhile, people very quickly get used to the comfort and do not think that all we have now – is the result of long and hard work of the whole galaxy of the world’s innovators and scientists. In particular, P.M. Golubitsky, P.H. Yablochkov, A.S. Popov, A.G. Bell, N. Tesla, T. Edison, S. Morse, G. Marconi, A. Meucci and many others.

Noteworthy, the Museum exhibits over 1,000 items of XIX-XX centuries. In the museum are well preserved phones of most of the world producers 1876-1970 models. Also exhibited a collection of rare Russian telephone companies. of course, the exposure is constantly updated, and appear new interesting devices, such as telephone company Ericsson in 1895, which became the hallmark of the company under the name “Spider”, and the original model of «Siemens» 1887, used as both a microphone and a listener. Or, for example, a speaker phone by Willard Henderson 1881 USA and many others.

Meanwhile, the idea of ​​the Museum of Telephone history belongs to General Director of “Mastertel” Vitaly Ezopov. In fact, his simple hobby – history of telephones has grown into a fundamental collection of antique telephones, communication equipment and accessories.

In the fall of 2012 it is planned to open the Museum of the phone in St. Petersburg, where it will have a complete collection of old phones, accessories, exterior from Europe, the U.S. and Russia.
