Indeed, they see the world as their own great canvas, and we appreciate their talents. And there is a street art direction that is even more than street art, or graffiti. Originated in France, it is known as Trompe L’oeil (optical illusion). And very often, these living pictures and life-sized images of famous or ordinary people, painted on multi-storied buildings are truly works of art. For instance, wall paintings in the streets of Lyon. These paintings look so realistic that people sometimes try to get through the illusion door, or touch a non-existent painted object.
