Lumpi is almost a sculpture, a work of art of a polyester resin. A strong sisal rope wrapped the sculpture depicting Labrador retriever in full size. And while Lumpi is not moving, growling, or barking, any cat can test it for strength. According to the author – a young designer from Holland Erik Stehmann, five of the six cats sharpen their claws on his back and legs. Anyway, the sixth cat is about to follow the example of most. Firstly, Lumpi protects your furniture from cat scratching. Secondly, it is also the way for cats to release their frustrations on their “natural enemy”. As for Erik Stehmann, his creative works and objects can be found in various exhibitions across Europe.
