The capital and the largest city of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, Kazan can boast many things, and particularly, subway. Opened in 2005 during the celebration of the Millennium, Kazan subway was the seventh in Russia. Besides, among the first in the country built after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
