Karolina Sevastyanova most beautiful athlete at Olympics 2012
Russian group rhythmic gymnast Karolina Sevastyanova (born April 25, 1995) has become the most beautiful athlete in the CIS at the Olympics 2012 in London according to voting, in which took part 17,200 people from the former USSR – Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. It is interesting that the 2nd and 3rd place were also given to the Russian athletes. 2nd place – earned Russian athlete Xenia Vdovina, third place – tennis player Maria Sharapova. Karolina is an honored Master of Sports of Russia. At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London she won a gold medal. Karolina was part of the golden winning Russian Group at the 2012 European Championships and at the World Cup Final in Minsk.

Karolina Sevastyanova is the 2012 Olympics Group All-around champion, 2012 European Group All-around champion and 2010 Youth Olympic Games Group All-around champion. Sevastyanova retired from competition at the age of 17 following the event. She is currently studying at Moscow State University and and makes first steps as a TV presenter.
