According to the Associated Press reports, the fourth annual Clown Congress took in Guatemala City. In fact, it has drawn professional jesters from various countries of Central and South America, and the Caribbean for a three-day conference. In particular, hundreds of clowns participate in the annual pilgrimage to the sanctuary of the Virgin of Guadalupe’s basilica, Mexico’s patron saint. Meanwhile, they perform juggling with balls, playing jokes and dancing during a pilgrimage.
